São Tomé and Príncipe
Citizenship by Investment Program
São Tomé and Príncipe, a serene island nation near the equator in Africa, lies along a volcanic chain known for its dramatic rock formations, coral reefs, lush rainforests, and pristine beaches.
In 2025, São Tomé and Príncipe introduced its Citizenship by Investment Program, providing investors with a streamlined and efficient pathway to obtain second citizenship. Knightsbridge Group is a Government-Approved Marketing Agent for São Tomé, authorised to advise and process applications directly with the country’s Citizenship Investment Unit.
Through a contribution to the National Transformation Fund, applicants support strategic national development priorities — including renewable energy, eco-tourism, infrastructure, education, and community development. The program offers not only enhanced global mobility and long-term security, but also the opportunity to contribute to the sustainable growth of one of Africa’s most stable and peaceful island nations.
