Spain
Digital Nomad Visa
Spain has rapidly become one of Europe’s most attractive destinations for remote professionals, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile investors. With the introduction of the Spain Digital Nomad Visa, non-EU citizens can legally live in Spain while working remotely for companies or clients located abroad.
The Spain Digital Nomad Visa was introduced under Spain’s Startup Law to attract international talent and remote workers. It allows non-EU nationals to live in Spain while working remotely for companies outside the country or operating an international freelance business.
Successful applicants receive a residence permit that allows them to live and work remotely from Spain while maintaining their foreign employment or business activity.
In addition to residency rights, visa holders benefit from access to the Schengen Area, allowing travel across most European countries without additional visas.
