Requirements
To be eligible for the Hungary Golden Visa program, applicants must:
Be a citizen of a non-EU country and have a valid passport
Invest at least EUR 250,000
Pass an essential national security check by the Hungarian authority
Investment can be completed within 60 days of approval
Have sufficient funds to stay in Hungary

Property Fund €250,000
Invest €250,000 in real estate bonds issued by a real estate fund registered with the National Bank.

Real Estate from €500,000
Invest at least €500,000 directly in Hungarian residential real estate.

Donation from €1,000,000
Donate €1 million to public interest projects to Hungarians, channeled through designated asset management foundations.
