Citizenship Programme

Option 1

An investment in property with a minimum value of US$ 400,000 plus the applicable taxes.
This real estate acquisition may be limited to a single property or include multiple properties.
KB Group has partnered with renowned developers of projects in Turkey that allow clients to become owners of the property.

Option 2

Bank Deposit US$ 500,000 to a Turkish bank.

Deposit can be made to USD, TRY, EUR accounts and can be put for interest return.
Certify your depositing for BDDK
Block the funds for three years in the bank , not to be withdrawn.

Option 3

Fund Investment of US$ 500,000

Invest in a Turkish Investment or stock-bond for a min. US$ 500,000.
Certify your investment for SPK
Provide audit forms, from the invested fund.
Confirm request to keep for three years.

Steps and Procedures

Steps 1 & 2

Sign a retainer agreement for KB Group to act as your advisor for application, due diligence & legal processes.
The applicant decides on the qualifying investment option and a residence permit is made on behalf of the family’s behalf.

Steps 3 & 4

The main applicant opens a bank account in Turkey.
KB Group assists the applicant in gathering all required documentation and completing the various application forms for submission to the government.

Steps 5 & 6

Application is submitted and approval is received within 3-4 months.
Citizenship certificates are issued. The passport application is submitted and received remotely.
