Citizenship Programme

Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)
- Family of up to 4 people: US $250,000 (non-refundable).
- For each additional dependent under 18: US $25,000.
- For each additional dependent above 18: US $50,000.

Purchase of Government-Approved Real Estate
To qualify for citizenship of St. Kitts & Nevis under the Real Estate Option of the Citizenship by Investment Program, an applicant must purchase authorized real estate.
– USD 400,000 (resalable after 7 years )
*Plus government processing fees and due diligence fees

Private Real Estate Investment
- US $325,000 for a condo unit or share in real estate (resalable after 7 years).
- US $800,000 for a private single-family home (resalable after 7 years).

Steps and Procedures
Month 1
Step 1
Client chooses either investment or donation option. Client signs the KB Group contract, and pays initial retainer.Step 2
KB Group assists the client to gather all required documentation, and to complete the various application forms for submission to the CIU.Step 3
Second payment is made, and file is submitted.Month 2-10
Step 4
Interview + Background checking
Step 5
Issuance of Approval letter by the CIU (Citizenship-by-Investment Unit), third payment is required immediately.
Step 6
Naturalization certificate is issued.Month 11-12
Step 7
KB Group receives client passport(s). Passport can be either picked up from KB Group office or delivered to clients home address, (locally or internationally).
