Mark is an international corporate and commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising clients on complex cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and high-stakes strategic matters across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the UK, Asia, and Latin America.

His practice spans corporate law, commercial law, real estate, commercial litigation, white collar defence, iGaming law, and entertainment law,  with deep expertise in emerging and frontier markets. Mark is a trusted adviser to multinational corporations, sovereign entities, and government-related counterparties navigating sophisticated commercial, regulatory, and political environments. He has developed a recognised niche in representing clients in jurisdictions where confidentiality and in-person representation are operationally critical, regularly deploying to challenging and remote locations worldwide.

Before entering private practice as an international lawyer, Mark held senior in-house legal leadership roles with publicly listed companies and Fortune 500 corporations, advising boards and executive management on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, regulatory compliance, and governance matters.

Mark began his legal career at a Magic Circle law firm in London, where he advised on large-scale real estate finance transactions, building the transactional foundation that underpins his international practice today.

He is qualified as both a Barrister and Solicitor and holds an LLB.

Outside of practice, Mark is an avid tennis player, golfer, padel enthusiast, cyclist, and Gaelic football player.
